Progress at QCG

Locals will have witnessed the activity in Queen’s Crescent Garden in recent weeks as builders have been busy working on the restoration of the boundary walls and the creation of the new entrance at the top end of the garden at the York Road/Queen's Crescent junction. This phase of work is due to resume and be completed in the next couple of weeks.

And the installation of railings along York Road.

 

The Trust is extremely grateful to Marshalls Commercial paving for the generous donation of the many pallets of granite which have appeared in the garden. These will be used to form the steps of the new entrance and for other uses when we move on to the next phase of internal landscaping.
